Carnival Corporation have partnered with Stockperks to offer a seamless, fast on-board credit request process. This is the quickest and easiest way to apply for the benefit.&nbsp;
Fax applications are not available. If you submit requests by post, please be mindful we operate under a hybrid working model, therefore postal requests will take longer to process.&nbsp;

Can shareholder applications be sent by post/fax?

The shareholder benefit value is as per below, regardless of whether you hold 100 or more shares: 

Holidays of 6 days or less £30. 7-13 days £60. 14 days or longer £150

Can you receive more on-board spending money if you hold more than 100 shares?

To buy shares in Carnival Corporation and/or Carnival PLC please contact your bank, broker, or look online. 

Our Registrars are Equiniti Ltd. You’re able to buy Carnival shares from them by calling
0371 384 2030
Equiniti will also help you with further info if you need it. Things like the current share price, dividends, etc. You can also buy a share certificate from Equiniti. And that’s it. When it arrives, and after it’s been registered with us, further proof of shares will not be needed for future bookings.

How can Carnival shares be purchased?

To prove you own sufficient Carnival Corp &amp; plc (CCL) shares, you must upload an image of your proof of ownership in the Stockperks app for validation.&nbsp; &nbsp;
The documentation must show:&nbsp;
● Your name (which must match the name on your reservation)&nbsp;
● The date of the documentation&nbsp;&nbsp;
● How many CCL shares you own&nbsp;
● The name of the brokerage or share registry&nbsp;
If these 4 elements are&nbsp;not&nbsp;present, the proof of ownership will be rejected and you will be asked to resubmit the request to ensure the relevant details are provided.&nbsp; &nbsp;
Images of the following documents are acceptable:&nbsp;
● Your official share certificate&nbsp;
OR
● A letter from your brokerage (e.g. Hargreaves, Halifax, AJ Bell, Barclays etc) or the share registry (Equiniti)&nbsp;
OR&nbsp;
● A portfolio statement from your brokerage or the share registry&nbsp;&nbsp;
The letter or the statement must show a date from within the last three months.&nbsp; If it is older than 3 months, it will get rejected as invalid, and you will be asked to re-upload valid documentation.&nbsp;&nbsp;
These are the&nbsp;ONLY&nbsp;documents that will be accepted.&nbsp; Anything else will be rejected as invalid documentation.&nbsp; &nbsp;
Examples of documents that will NOT be accepted:&nbsp;
● Contract notes (these only prove when you purchased the shares, not that you still own them)&nbsp;
● AGM voting cards (they prove you own the shares, but not how many you have)&nbsp;
● Dividend statements (Carnival has not paid dividends since 2020, so this is too old)&nbsp;
● DRIP statements (they do not show how many shares you own)&nbsp;

How to prove my share ownership?

Our shareholder benefit is not permitted if you book through a Friends and Family discount offer, TIS (Travel Industry Services) or a complimentary booking and is also not combinable with our ‘thank you for cruising’ or other loyalty discount offers. However, shareholder benefits are combinable with Blue Light Card, Military Benefits and Tesco voucher bookings.

Is shareholder on-board credit combinable with all other promotions?

Not yet. Stockperks is currently only available via mobile app (Android and iOS).&nbsp; However, Stockperks is creating an email and web-based form that guests will be able to use instead of the app. This is currently in development and expected in the coming months.

Is Stockperks available on desktop?

On-board spending money can be used on a variety of purchases made on board, from drinks to shore excursions, gifts, to select dining venues and more.
That said, please note that your on-board spending money can’t be used for buying artwork, bingo, in the casino, or for medical expenses and currency.

What can the shareholder OBC can/cannot be used for?

The Stockperks service is governed by Stockperks’ Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and may be subject to other Stockperks policies and terms.  For information regarding Stockperks’ use and processing of your information, technical support, account setup, and all other questions regarding the use of Stockperks, please contact Stockperks at&nbsp;<a href="mailto:hello@stockperks.com" target="_blank">hello@stockperks.com</a>

What if I have privacy concerns about the Stockperks app?

It is a loyalty program for shareholders. Stockperks is an app-based marketplace that connects public companies like Carnival with their investors. Companies create unique perks, like on-board credit for Carnival brand cruises, to reward their loyal shareholders.&nbsp;&nbsp;
