We wouldn’t have earned the accolade of ‘Britain’s favourite cruise line’, if it wasn’t for our team. Professionalism and a friendly attitude are key attributes of all our crew, from our British Officers to our skilled galley staff.

Before they even step on board, each staff member is inducted in P&O Cruises standards. And, in order to deliver an intuitive but unobtrusive service at all times, you’ll find a passenger to staff ratio of 2:1 on board. Such high levels of service are key to the enjoyment of your holiday and we hope, once experienced, they will keep you coming back time after time like so many of our valued passengers.

From arrival to departure, we have developed features that we hope will make your holiday as relaxing as possible. These include such things as allocated check-in times, so that you’re not kept waiting, to duty-free items that we’ll deliver direct to your cabin prior to your disembarkation.
