No, but you’ll need an internet connection to download the app, which is why we recommend doing this at home before your holiday starts. Once you’ve downloaded the app and entered the code for your ship, you won’t need to access the internet again to play.

You’ll need internet access to download the app, so unless you’ve bought a Wi-Fi package, we recommend waiting until you’re in one of the destinations on your holiday and making the most of data or Wi-Fi available there.

Simply open the app and follow the instructions on-screen, selecting which language you’d like to use. Point your camera at the marker and search for Shaun in the scene that appears, then tap him and watch him pop out and strike a pose. You can even take a photo with Shaun! Can you collect all 11 and complete your stamp collection?

The on-board youth manager will know where they’re all hidden, so if you can’t find one, you can always ask them. 

Android:

Shaun the Sheep: Hide & Sheep A.R. Trail has been developed for Android devices that run at least Android 7.0 Nougat and support augmented reality via ARCore. You can check whether your device supports ARCore by referencing this list: https://developers.google.com/ar/devices
Unfortunately, the app won’t run on Android devices that don’t meet these requirements.

iOS:

Shaun the Sheep: Hide & Sheep A.R. Trail has been developed for Apple devices that support Augmented Reality from the iPhone 6S onwards. Previous iPhone models are not fully supported.
