Accessibility

We want to ensure that each and every P&O Cruises holiday is enjoyed to the full, therefore we need to know in advance if you have any disabilities or health conditions that may require assistance. Please review these pages carefully before filling out the onboard needs questionnaire in My P&O Cruises.

A cruise is a uniquely different holiday experience. Every ship has its own doctor and small medical team, but we don’t have access to the same facilities that a resort or hotel might offer. With your enjoyment, comfort and safety in mind, please carefully consider your on-board needs, disabilities, care requirements and health to ensure our holidays are the right choice for you.

To ensure we have sufficient capability to support all our guests at all times, it is important that you tell us at the time of booking if you, or your travelling companions, require assistance in the unlikely event of an emergency.

Once you have booked your cruise, we ask that you complete our on-board needs questionnaire on My P&O Cruises as soon as possible after booking and no later than two weeks before you sail, to notify us of any additional requirements we need to consider to make your holiday as comfortable as possible.
