Dining on a P&O Cruises holiday is always a special experience – and it’s even more extraordinary when your meal is accompanied by ever-changing views.

Maybe it’s a gentle wake flowing behind your ship, or a shimmering sunset on the horizon; the lush greenery of a Caribbean island, the towering cliffs of a Norwegian fjord or a sparkling European cityscape. Whatever lies outside the window, a beautiful view will make your dining experience all the more memorable.

Freedom and Club restaurants

Be it for breakfast, lunch or dinner, our Freedom and Club restaurants offer beautifully cooked meals with a view, which you can enjoy from a window seat. On each cruise you’ll also be treated to a five-course Celebration Night Dinner devised by the legendary godfather of British cooking, Marco Pierre White, in the Freedom and Club restaurants – combine that with stunning views of the starry skies and you’ve got a true bucket-list experience.

Sindhu is a treat for all the senses. Its menu of beautifully balanced Indian-inspired flavours and wonderful aromas will take your tastebuds on a journey while your eyes feast on a bounty of sensational scenery. You’ll find Sindhu on all ships in our fleet, and all have window seats.

There’s nothing more exciting than waking up in the morning and catching that first glimpse of a new destination. You’re itching to get on shore… but first, breakfast. Our buffet restaurants across the fleet are the perfect places to sit while you plot your day. Looking out the windows, you’ll be full of inspiration as you fuel up with a full English, some fresh fruit or maybe a plate of pancakes – the choice is yours in every way.

At The Beach House, a menu of South American, Caribbean and stateside cuisine sits alongside stunning scenery. On Arvia, Aurora, Azura, Britannia, Iona and Ventura, you’ll find The Beach House in the buffet restaurant during the evening. The Beach House on Aurora offers extra-special views from its outdoor tables overlooking the stern – you can reminisce on the day as you sail away from port under the twinkling night sky.

The Epicurean

For a little extra

The Epicurean on Arvia, Azura, Britannia, Iona and Ventura is one of the finest dining experiences you can have at sea, with exquisite dishes inspired by classic British ingredients. On Azura and Ventura The Epicurean overlooks the stern, giving you uninterrupted vistas as you dine. And when Iona is in the Norwegian fjords, you can savour a six-course tasting menu from Local Food Hero Kjartan Skjelde as the breathtaking fjordic scenery floats past. Talk about epic.

The Quays

For a quick and tasty bite – morning, noon or night – The Quays on Arvia and Iona is the place to be. Inside you’ll find a fun street-food atmosphere, but the hottest tables are outside, where you can enjoy fish and chips or katsu curry with the breeze in your hair as the sun glistens off the sea.

The Retreat

Fancy a snack with your spa day? At The Retreat, our al fresco spa terrace, you can enjoy chilled drinks, fresh fruit and smoothies – and relaxing treatments, of course – in the privacy of shaded cabanas with panoramic ocean views. On Arvia and Iona The Retreat overlooks the bow, giving you a taste of the scenery to come.

Your cabin

Is there a more relaxing way to start the day than with breakfast in bed? We can only think of one way to make it better – by adding in some peaceful sea views. In sea-view cabin grades and above, you’ll have beautiful views out your window, porthole or balcony. You can order continental room service breakfast at no extra cost, or for a small supplement, you can have meals, desserts, snacks and drinks delivered all day and night.
