We all know what winter looks like in the UK, but have you ever experienced this season in other corners of the world? From sipping a Piña Colada or two underneath the blue skies of the Caribbean to the magical Christmas markets in Northern Europe, there’s lots of fun-filled adventures to be had on one of our holidays.

The Maspalomas Dunes are sand dunes located on the south coast of the island of Gran Canaria, Province of Las Palmas, in the Canary Islands. They were formed by sand from the now subdued marine shelf, when it was laid dry during the last ice age and the wind blew the sand towards the coast of the island.

Join Arcadia’s Christmas market adventure

Christmas is always known as the most wonderful time of the year, but on a holiday with us, it’s sure to be even better. Search for the Northern Lights with Aurora
