So much is included on a cruise holiday – but don’t take our word for it. We asked guests on Arvia to tell us about the on-board activities, experiences and dining they’ve enjoyed, all without spending an extra penny.
So much is included on a P&O Cruises holiday, and there is even more to explore on Arvia. Challenge a friend to a game of crazy golf on deck or check out an amazing performance in Headliners Theatre – there’s something for everyone to enjoy by day and by night. And when it comes to dining, you’ll be spoilt for choice. From the all-American favourites at 6th Street Diner to authentic Mediterranean dishes at The Olive Grove, there’s so much to delight your tastebuds. But don’t just take our word for it – hear it from our guests…
We’ve done so much – I can’t keep track of it all. We intend to win the table tennis tournament later and there are some great movies on at the cinema that we want to see. The show Digital at Headliners Theatre was really good and the house band PULSE amazing. You sit down and there is always something on. We went to an interesting talk on diamonds too. We went on a cruise last year and it was nothing compared to this. This is amazing.
The Olive Grove and 6th Street Diner were both excellent. We loved the American-style burgers and ribs at 6th Street Diner. We’ve been to Turtle Tots at The Reef this morning with our son Bodhi. He just loved the lights, the balls, the cuddly toys and meeting other babies. And it’s included which is good, as you’d normally pay a lot for baby sensory classes. We love the fact that everything is so well organised and easy. We can’t believe more people with kids don’t go on cruise holidays. It’s our first cruise and we’ll be coming again. I’d recommend it, especially to younger families.
Arvia is elegant, opulent, friendly and easy to navigate. The crew are amazing, and the cabins are out of this world. We've been walking around the deck and have done FitSteps this morning, which put us through our paces. It's a free dance exercise class for all ages and abilities. The gym is great too. I've been to spin classes and we've also enjoyed swimming. We joined in a singing class this morning which was fun. There are so many different venues for eating at and so many different entertainment options. We're just able to do our own thing.
We're having a great time. We've just had breakfast and been at the Infinity Pool. We did mini-golf yesterday and we're loving all the dining options. I've been on a few cruises and there's usually just the main dining room and the buffet. There's so much choice here with so many different cuisines. We love 6th Street Diner - we were there last night and we're going there again for lunch now. It's surprising the things you don't have to pay for, especially with all the restaurant options. It's very good value for money.
