He’ll prepare a variety of dishes, including breadfruit balls and fried local fish with Sauce Sousk, and all dishes will be fully explained. While you get stuck into Chef’s creations, in a rustic 17th-century wine cellar, enjoy a delicious T’punch cocktail. Then, head to the award-winning Topper’s Rhum Distillery. You’ll be welcomed with a homemade rhum punch, taste over 20 samples of rhum on your distillery tour, and afterwards savour up to 12 small-batch speciality rhums, from their rhum tap.

2. Create Your Own Batik 

Create your own batik in the famous, ancestral home of Caribelle Batik. 



Enjoy the once-in-a-lifetime experience of creating your own Caribelle Batik in an exotic paradise. Soak up the rugged beauty of St Kitts on a relaxing ride to historic Romney Manor, home of the world-famous Caribelle Batik. Surrounded by lush, tropical gardens, the old manor sits in a picturesque location with spectacular views. Caribelle Batik has a reputation for producing fine batik products made with quality one-of-a-kind fabrics. They use ancient, Indonesian dyeing methods to create their distinctive and unique designs. You’ll have the chance to watch their expert artists, as they take you through the various steps of applying wax, dyeing, and boiling colourful hues. All the while providing full narration of the ancient art form and its history.

 

Then you can roll up your sleeves, get creative and make your very own unique piece. What a fantastic way to create your own memorable souvenir!

3. Bajan Craft Beer & Rum Tasting

Capture the spirit of Barbados at a rum distillery and craft-ale brewery.



Visit the Foursquare Rum Distillery, which is located on a former sugar plantation that dates back to 1720. You’ll learn all about the unique combination of artisanal processes and state-of-the-art techniques used to create their rich styles of rum, before a delicious tasting. Just a short drive will take you to DreadHop Brewing, a local beer brewery dedicated to creating distinctive hand-crafted ales – one small batch at a time. Find out about the large selection of ingredients used from around the world to produce a variety of beer styles, then sample the fantastic brews with snacks.

4. Big Wheel Electric Scooters

Experience a fun, open-air journey on an eco-friendly electric scooter.

 

Climb onto an eco-friendly big-wheel electric scooter and explore the rugged, picturesque northern coastline on an exhilarating open-air adventure. 



This exciting self-drive journey will take you to a host of the island’s highlights, whilst surrounding you with breathtaking panoramas. Sights include Rodney Bay Marina, the famous fishing village of Gros Islet and the Pigeon Island National Landmark. While in Cap Estate you can soak up the stunning views from the Cas-en-Bas Viewpoint. Then visit the centuries-old pirate haven of Rodney Bay. During your open-air adventure, you’ll hear captivating stories about the history of the locations you visit. You’ll also get a chance to sample some local delights.



These custom-built iRide scooters have powerful, fully electric motors that are charged by solar power. They are fun and extremely easy to ride, with fully automatic gearboxes. If you are comfortable riding a bicycle, you won’t have any trouble at all handling one of these scooters.
