Terms and Conditions

1. Opening Date for the Prize Draw is 27 October 2023. Closing date for the Prize Draw is 2 November 2023 at 23.59. Entries received after this date will not be eligible for the Prize Draw.

2. Entries may only be submitted by UK residents aged 18 or older.

3. To enter the Prize Draw, simply comment on the @pandocruises Instagram Prize Draw post with your favourite holiday memory.

4. Only one entry per person will be valid.

5. The prize is one of three Jose Pizarro Spanish Celebration Hampers (Spanish celebration hamper – José Pizarro Shop (josepizarro.com)). Winners will be required to provide a mainland UK address for delivery of the Prize.

6. Three winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received by us before the Closing Date. Each winner will be allocated one Prize.

7. Each Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash or any other Prize.

8. The winners will be notified by direct message on Instagram to the account used to submit an entry by 8 November 2023.

9. If a winner does not respond to P&O Cruises within 7 days of being notified of their win, the winner’s entitlement to a Prize will be forfeited and P&O Cruises shall be entitled to select another winner from all valid entries received in accordance with these terms and conditions. In such an event that alternative winner will have to respond to our notification of their win within 7 days. Failure to do so will result in an alternative winner also forfeiting their entitlement to a Prize.

10. If a winner rejects their Prize or if any entry is invalid or submitted in breach of these terms or conditions, or if the winner is unable to claim their Prize for any other reason, the winner’s Prize will be forfeited and P&O Cruises shall be entitled to select another winner.

11. No employees, agents or suppliers of Carnival plc may enter into the Prize Draw.

12. The Prize Draw is only open to UK residents aged 18 and over. Proof of age will be required to ensure each winner is 18 or over prior to delivery of the Prize.

13. No third-party entries are permitted. Spammers and bulk entries will be disqualified.

14. Proof of entering is not proof of our receipt of a valid entry.

15. P&O Cruises’ decisions in relation to the administration of this Prize Draw, the selection of winners and the allocation of Prizes will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

16. P&O Cruises reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice and/or to substitute a Prize with another prize of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary.

17. No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw.

18. Surname and counties of the winner(s) can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to P&O Cruises Instagram 100k Follower Celebration Prize Draw, at P&O Cruises, Carnival House, 100 Harbour Parade, Southampton S015 1ST. If you object to any or all of your surname and county being made available, please contact P&O Cruises on the details provided in these terms. In such circumstances, P&O Cruises must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority upon their request.

19. P&O Cruises will use the personal data you provide for the purpose of administering this Prize Draw and to facilitate the notification of winners and redemption of prizes. Personal data will be processed in accordance with P&O Cruises’ privacy notices at pocruises.com/privacy

20. By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information for the purposes set out above and in order contact you about your Prize Draw entry.

21. The promoter is Carnival plc trading as P&O Cruises, Carnival House, 100 Harbour Parade, Southampton SO15 1ST.

22. There are certain things for which P&O Cruises does not accept any liability to you. P&O Cruises cannot exclude or limit its liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or loss caused by a false statement where the statement is made fraudulently. Otherwise, the exclusions described at clause 23 will apply. References to P&O Cruises in these paragraphs include all of P&O Cruises’ associated companies, agents or any other third parties involved in the Prize Draw.

23. P&O Cruises will not be responsible for (and will have no liability in connection with) the following occurrences, to the extent that they occur for reasons beyond P&O Cruises’ reasonable control:

a. any postponement or cancellation of the Prize Draw;

b. any changes to Prize(s) or the way in which they can be used;

c. any act or default of any third-party supplier;

d. any network, computer, hardware, or software failure of any kind, which may affect the sending, receipt or processing of your entry;

24.  The Prize Draw is not run in connection with and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram (Meta). By entering the Prize Draw entrants agree to release Instagram (Meta) of any responsibility whatsoever in relation to it.

25.  This Prize Draw is governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
