No, advisors cannot accept any form of payment over the live chat.

Can I send attachments over live chat?

You will not be able to send attachments over the live chat. If you need to send us any documents, please send us an email.

How it works?

Step one

Head over to our Contact us or Essential information page.

Step two

Open the live chat, enter your name and email address, then type in your query and start chatting.

One of our friendly advisors will be with you as soon as they can. You may need to wait in a queue for a few minutes if all our advisors are busy.

Step three

When you've finished, simply end the chat conversatation. Want a copy of the chat? No problem! Just select 'send transcript' and enter your email.

Our live chat is available on the Contact Us and Essential Information pages. Therefore, if you navigate away from the page the chat will disappear. To continue your chat, navigate back to Contact Us/Essential Information page, however, if you leave it too long your chat may time out.

To avoid losing your conversation when browsing our website, we recommend keeping the chat page open in a separate browser tab.

If you'd like a copy of the transcript sent to your email address, select 'send transcript' and enter your email. Please note, once you have closed the chat you will no longer be able to request a copy of your transcript.
