Transfers made easy with Select Price holidays

Booked your upcoming adventure with our Select Price option? You're in luck! We offer a fee-free flexible transfer policy, allowing you to change your cruise holiday once, completely free of charge. This means you have the freedom to adjust your travel plans up to the date your final payment is due (typically 90 days before your original sail date).

If you booked directly with us

Simply call our friendly Customer Contact Centre on 0344 338 8003 and they’ll guide you through the process. 

Before calling our Customer Contact Centre, it’s a good idea to have the details ready about the cruise you wish to transfer to. 

For bookings made through a travel agent

You'll need to get in touch with them directly to discuss your transfer options. They'll be happy to guide you through the process.

Top tips for transferring to a new P&O Cruises holiday

With a transferable booking, you can set sail on a different P&O Cruises holiday that suits your new needs. Here are some points to bear in mind.

New cruise value

Your new adventure can be equal to, or even exceed, the value of your original booking. Think of it as an opportunity to upgrade your experience. If you choose a cruise of higher value, you'll simply need to pay the difference. 

Transfer deadline

Transfers are accepted up to the balance due date for your original cruise holiday (usually 90 days before departure).

Sailing date flexibility

For World Cruises, Classic Southern Hemisphere Journeys, Grand Tours and Exotic fly-cruises, your new cruise holiday must depart within 6 months of your original date, or 12 months of the original departure date for all other cruises.

Other promotions and deals 

Please note: while Select Price holidays offer flexible transfers, other promotions and Early Saver or Late Saver deals typically don't allow transfers due to their specific booking terms. Changes after the balance due date

Unfortunately, transfers aren't an option once your final payment is due. In that case, your booking will be subject to our standard cancellation charges. See our cancellation policy here.
