Whether you’re celebrating a birthday or an anniversary, or you just want to treat yourselves, we have the perfect indulgence, such as: 

• Gift packages, including prosecco, flowers, cakes or vouchers  
• Flowers – individual roses or bountiful bouquets 
• Teddy bears

Ordering for yourself or someone travelling in your cabin

Log in to My P&O Cruises, select the 'Gifts' tab at the top of the page, and follow the steps online to order a gift. 

Ordering for someone else, whether they’re travelling with you or not

Call our Customer Contact Centre on 03453 555 111. They’ll take care of everything for you. You’ll need to have these details ready when you call: 

• The gift recipient’s full name
• Their date of birth 
• Their address (if available)
• Any optional message you’d like to include, such as ‘Happy birthday!’

If you don’t have all the details, to ensure accuracy our advisors will ask questions specific to your booking. 

These extras can be ordered only over the phone 

Please call our Customer Contact Centre on 03453 555 111 to order any of the following:

• Food items, such as canapes, strawberries dipped in chocolate, chocolates, fruit baskets
• Speciality dining – gift vouchers are available at any value from £10 per person  
• Champagne 
• Wines – red, white, rosé
• Wine packages 

Confirmation

If you order your gift over the phone, your bank statement serves as proof of purchase. When ordering through My P&O Cruises, you’ll receive email confirmation of your purchase.  

Delivery

Gifts and vouchers will be delivered to the gift recipient’s cabin on embarkation day. Wine can be delivered to a restaurant of your choice.
