How do I cancel my P&O Cruises booking?

How to cancel if you’ve booked directly with P&O Cruises
To cancel, the lead guest on the booking will need to call us as this isn't possible to do online.
Call our friendly Customer Contact Centre on 0344 338 8003 (local call charges apply). You’ll find our opening hours here.
Our advisors will explain the cancellation policy details based on your specific circumstances, so please have the following information to hand:
- Your booking reference
- Full name
- Date of birth
- Address
- Contact details, such as your email address
How to cancel if you’ve booked through a travel agent
Please contact them if you need to cancel or make any other changes.
Can I cancel my cruise holiday and get my money back?
A cancellation charge might apply, depending on the price type (Select Price, Early Saver or Saver) and the date you cancel, as shown in the table below .

Less than 6 days before departure or failure to embark. For fly-cruises, departure day is the date of the flight departure. | 100% |
Saver:

Check your insurance policy
It may be possible to reclaim these cancellation charges (less any applicable excess) under the terms of your own insurance policy. You’ll need to get in touch with your insurer to make a claim.
