How do I amend or cancel a My P&O Cruises order, or part of an order?
We understand that plans sometimes change, and you might need to amend or cancel orders you’ve made through My P&O Cruises. This guide explains what you need to do.

Cancellation options

Please note, we are always working to improve our website by testing new features and processes, therefore you're booking journey may differ from the steps in the article.
Cancelling your whole order
To cancel your whole order, log in to My P&O Cruises, go to ‘My Orders’ and click the ‘Cancel’ button at the top of the page to start the cancellation process.
Cancelling individual items
You might wish to cancel a single element, such as a shore experience, that you booked in your My P&O Cruises account. Log in to My P&O Cruises, go to ‘My Orders’, find the item you wish to cancel and click the ‘Cancel’ button next to it; this will remove the item from your booking.
Removing guests from specific items
A guest in your party might decide they no longer wish to join in with something you’ve booked, such as a shore experience. Log in to My P&O Cruises, go to ‘My Orders’ to find the item or activity, find the guest's name in the list and click the ‘Cancel’ button beneath it; this will remove the guest from your order for that activity.
Cancelling spa appointments and packages
The process for cancelling spa treatments and packages is a little different.
Before you sail
To cancel or amend your booking, log in to My P&O Cruises, select the ‘Spa’ option, then 'Your Spa Reservations'.
You can cancel free of charge through My P&O Cruises up until three days before the start of your holiday.
If you wish to change your Spa Package to a different one, please call our Customer Contact Centre on 0344 338 8003 (local call charges apply).
Please note: refunds will be applied to the card originally used to buy the treatment or service, and you’ll receive confirmation of the change.
While on board
You can amend or cancel pre-booked spa treatments and services once you’re on board. If you do so more than 24 hours before your appointment, you’ll get a full refund. If you cancel less than 24 hours beforehand, you may need to pay 50% of the treatment or service cost. (Please note this is subject to change.)
Further points to bear in mind
- Generally, the sooner you start the cancellation process, the greater the likelihood of receiving a full refund. Please refer to the terms and conditions for specific cancellation policy details related to your booking.
- If you cancel four days or more before the start of your holiday, we’ll refund your My P&O Cruises purchases automatically unless stated otherwise in ‘My P&O Cruises terms and conditions’.
- If you have any difficulties changing your My P&O Cruises online orders, our Customer Contact Centre representatives will be happy to help you.
