How to link cabins
Book together from the start
If you're planning your cruise with friends or family, simply book multiple cabins under one reservation from the very beginning. Our online booking system allows for a maximum of three cabins to be linked automatically for your convenience.
Please note that only guests on the Select Price who choose their cabin location will be able to select cabins near to each other.
Link existing bookings
If you've already made separate bookings but would now like to link your cabin with others, no worries! Simply call our friendly Customer Contact Centre on 0344 338 8003, and they'll be happy to help with linking your bookings.

What information will I need to provide, and how does it work?
If you need to get in touch with our Customer Contact Centre or our social media team to link multiple cabins, there are a few pieces of information you’ll need to provide to the advisor. Preparing this before your conversation will ensure a quick and easy process.
Having your booking confirmation handy will help streamline this process. |
You’ll need your:
- Booking reference
- Booking details, such as which ship you’re sailing on and the date of travel.
You’ll first be asked a few security questions about your booking, so we know it's you. We can then proceed to link your booking with other cabins.
When speaking to our advisors, they will provide you with a 3-digit code that you’ll need to pass on to the other members of your travelling party in the separate cabins. Those other members will then also need to call our Customer Contact Centre (or direct message the social media team), complete the security clearance and quote the same 3-digit code.
Please note: while we'll do all we can, we can’t guarantee that linked bookings will be allocated the same dining choice and/or time, or that cabins are near to each other. Bookings made under the P&O Cruises Select Price will be given priority when tables are allocated.
The benefits of linking cabins
Linking your cabins offers several advantages, including:
- Dining together: while seating arrangements cannot be guaranteed, linking cabins increases the likelihood that your group will be seated together in the main dining rooms. Please note that this is not necessary for guests travelling on board Iona or Arvia.
- Joint activities: linking bookings can be useful for planning on-board activities with your party.
- Enhanced group experience: knowing that your cabins are linked can provide a sense of ease and togetherness throughout the cruise. Sharing holiday experiences and plans becomes even more convenient.
Linked bookings do not necessarily mean you’ll have the same embarkation times as the rest of your party, and we request that you arrive at the terminal at the time on your boarding pass. If you’re travelling to the terminal together, we kindly ask that you arrive at the latest time on your party’s boarding passes. For example, if your party has two separate times of 2pm and 3pm, please arrive to embark at 3pm.
Set sail with confidence, knowing that linking your cabins can ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone on board.
