How to make a group dining booking?

Booking for groups of up to 6 guests:

For groups of six or fewer, head to My P&O Cruises 14 days before your sail date. This allows you to manage your entire cruise experience, including dining arrangements. For more information on how to book, see our article ‘How do I book extras on My P&O Cruises.'

Larger gatherings (parties of 7 or more):

On our larger ships, you can book a dining table for a group of up to 10 guests via My P&O Cruises, subject to availability. If you can't book the table size you need via My P&O Cruises, please contact the restaurant as soon as possible once on board and they will do their best to accommodate you.

Subject to Availability: Our crew will do their utmost to accommodate your request, however, seating arrangements are finalised onboard and depend on table availability.

Top tips for group dining:

• Plan Ahead: For larger groups, securing your tables as early as possible (within the 14-day window) is recommended.
• Freedom Dining: You won’t need to make a booking for Freedom Dining, you can simple request a larger table when you arrive at the restaurant and our crew will do their best to accommodate your needs.
• Club Dining: To request larger table sizes in Club Restaurants, consider linking your booking with the rest of your party. See our article ‘How to link multiple cabins’. Please note: Club Dining is not available on-board Iona and Arvia.
• Flexibility is Key: While we strive to seat groups together, unexpected changes can occur. Maintaining a flexible mindset allows our crew to make the best arrangements possible.
