If your travel insurer requires a confirmation letter from P&O Cruises to support your claim, please contact us. We'll be happy to arrange a letter confirming the itinerary change.
Flight Delay Compensation: Unfortunately, P&O Cruises cannot offer compensation for flight delays. Any claims for flight delays should be directed to your airline provider.
Reimbursement
To ensure a smooth boarding process and avoid any unnecessary expenses, we recommend reviewing your booking terms and conditions carefully before your departure. This will help ensure you have all the necessary travel documents and booking details.

Denied Boarding:
