Solo guests

Enjoy refreshing solo time in any of our suitable pools or whirlpool spas. Relax, unwind and connect with fellow travellers. Selected ships will also have dedicated activities for solo travellers.

Our accessible swimming pools allow everyone to enjoy a dip. All our ships feature a pool hoist (136kg limit) and a crew to assist with hoist operation. Book 24 hours in advance at Reception.

Our poolside experience offers something for everyone. You can enjoy refreshing drinks from the swim-up bar on Arvia or the poolside bars on our other ships, and savour delicious bites from grills, pizzerias and ice cream parlours. Relax on loungers or in cabanas while soaking up the sun. Catch a movie on the poolside big screens on Arvia and Azura, day or night, and enjoy live music or a poolside quizacross the fleet. And even if the weather doesn't play ball, some of our ships have retractable roofs to keep the poolside fun going.

Infinity and Panorama

Experience luxury at its finest with our Infinity and Panorama pools on board Arvia and Iona. We have pools with retractable roofs on Arcadia, Arvia, Aurora and Ventura for you to enjoy whatever the weather. The SkyDome on Arvia and Iona offers an immersive experience with spectacular shows, live performances and acrobatics, transforming your pool day into an unforgettable event from sunrise to sunset.

Splash zones and paddling pools

Keep kids entertained with the dedicated padding pools and splash areas for younger guests on our family-friendly ships, Azura and Ventura have children's splash pools and paddling pools near the kids' clubs, for little ones to enjoy. For a unique adventure, Britannia's Reef Adventure Zone, Arvia's Splash Valley and Iona's Splash Zone offer a vibrant water playground with jets, waterfalls and fountains, all set against stunning ocean views for endless family fun in the sun.

Whirlpool spas

Hydrotherapy

Our rejuvenating hydrotherapy pools are part of our Thermal Suites and Oasis Spa and Salon. On some of our ships, for a little extra, hydrotherapy pools and Thermal Suites offer a serene experience on board. Meanwhile, Azura and Ventura feature complimentary Oasis pools within their Oasis Spa and Salon, giving you the chance to take a refreshing dip before or after your treatment.

Accessibility

We're committed to making your cruise enjoyable. All of our ships offer pool hoists (136kg weight limit) for easy access. Advance booking at Reception is required. Our crew assists with the hoist operation. The following pools with shallow ends are designated for hoist use: Arcadia (Neptune), Arvia (all), Aurora (Crystal), Azura (Aqua), Britannia (Riviera, Serenity), Iona (all), Ventura (Laguna). Please note that our crew cannot assist with getting in or out of the hoist.

Safety and cleanliness

Our pools are a place for fun, but safety is our priority. All pools are unsupervised, so children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Some ships have designated pools exclusively for adults, while children who are not fully toilet trained or wear swim nappies should only use specific baby-friendly pools. Our pool teams regularly maintain the pools with fresh water and minimal chlorine to ensure a clean, safe and enjoyable swimming environment.

Essential equipment

Swimming aids are permitted in our pools. However, any other inflatables are not allowed. For your convenience, pool towels are readily available on the pool deck, so you can always have a fresh towel on hand for a relaxing swim.
