With Select Price, guests can choose their cabin location. Why is that a benefit?

Choosing your cabin allows you to select the cabin position on the ship that’s most convenient for you, whether you’d like to be mid-ship to avoid motion, close to the lifts or restaurants for convenience, or simply next to your friends and family.

Fare types

P&O Cruises offers three different price types: Select Price, Early Saver and Saver. All include accommodation, dining in the main restaurants, buffet and pool-side venues, entertainment from dawn till dusk, swimming pools, flights and transfers on fly-cruise holidays and lots more.

What is included in the Select Price?

✔ First priority for dining time and table size in the main dining restaurants

✔ First priority for cabin upgrades

✔ Choice of onboard spending money, car parking in Southampton or return coach transfer to Southampton (available on cruises of 7 nights or more)

✔ Flexibility to change your booking up to 90 days prior to your departure

✔ Complimentary shuttle buses in ports (subject to availability)

What is included in the Early Saver fare?

✔ Available on selected cruises at selected times

✔ Available on selected cabin types (we will assign your cabin number)

✔ Second priority for cabin upgrades

✔ Second priority for dining seating times and table size

✔ 15% deposit

✔ Flexibility to change your booking up to 90 days prior to your departure (subject to our booking conditions)

What is included in the Saver fare?

✔ Available on selected cruises at selected times

✔ Available on selected cabin types

✔ Third priority for cabin upgrades

✔ Third priority for dining seating time and table size

✔ Cabin number can be allocated anytime up untill 1 day prior to departure

✔ Full balance to be paid at the time of booking

✔ 100% cancellation fee if cancelled at anytime prior to your holiday

Frequently Asked Questions

Being able to choose how and when you dine allows you to plan your holiday the way you want it. You can choose between Club Dining and Freedom Dining: Club Dining (available on all ships except Iona) allows you to choose from two set dining times and then dine at the same table at that time during your cruise. With Freedom Dining, you have the flexibility to visit the restaurant when it suits you.

There are a few things to consider here:

- Do you want to select where your cabin is located?
- Do you want to know and plan what time/who you will dine with?
- Do you want shuttle buses to be included in the initial cost?
- Do you want your travel to Southampton covered?

If you answer ‘yes’ to the above questions, Select Price is the one to go for. If you’re looking for value, Early Saver or Saver will be a good alternative.

Select Price benefit of on-board spending money can be swapped at time of booking for another Select Price benefit of car parking or return coach travel. On-board spending money amounts shown are based on two people sharing, vary by cabin and cruise duration, and include the Select Price benefit of on-board spending money plus the extra on-board spending money.
