Your tour begins with a ferry ride along Waitemata Harbour to the small island of Waiheke. This picturesque island offers a blend of farmland, forests, sandy beaches, vineyards and olive groves.
Soak up breathtaking views of the coastline before reaching two of the islands wineries.
With hot, dry summers and stony soils, Waiheke is a perfect growing ground for a variety of grapes. Boutique wineries produce high-quality wines, including cabernet sauvignon, merlot, malbec, cabernet franc and more recently, chardonnay. During your winery visits, you’ll have the opportunity to sample a selection of the wines that are produced here.
Your tour ends with the ferry ride back to Auckland.
