Descend from the Ørskogfjellet mountain plateau to the Storfjord and across a pass to the village of Valldal, on Norddalsfjord.
Enjoy a Norwegian-style buffet lunch at local hotel before continuing onto the magnificent Gudbrand Gorge. Descend the 11 hairpin bends of the Trollstigen mountain road (Troll's Path) to a fertile valley, detouring to the monumental Troll Wall, Europe's tallest vertical rock face at 1,100 metres.
