Head to Fitches Creek, a charming coastal neighbourhood, and visit the stunning plantation-style Cocoloba House and its beautiful grounds. Your friendly host will take you on a short garden tour, highlighting the herbs, fruit and spices that will go into your meal. Then step into the beautifully appointed kitchen for your cooking demonstration. Your host will relay all the details about techniques used, along with a touch of colourful Caribbean storytelling. When it’s finished, you’ll gather around the table and feast your eyes on the mouth-watering dishes before tucking in. Rum punch and fresh local fruit juice will also be available.
