Pause at the top of the ‘1,000 Steps’ – a limestone staircase that leads down to the pristine shoreline and offers fantastic views across the sparkling Caribbean Sea. Marvel at the huge Goto Lake (a saltwater lagoon and popular hangout for flamingos) and ride into Rincon, the oldest village on the island, to stop for a refreshing drink.

Heading south, you’ll pass by the whitewashed slave huts that formerly housed the ‘workers’ of the local salt industry. Behold the massive mounds of salt, glistening in the sun on the flats, as you cruise back towards the meeting point to reluctantly hand back your Harley.
