Walk the Freedom Trail
Boston, United States
high
4:00 Hours
A walking tour is the most in-depth way to see Boston. Your guide will bring history to life as you follow in the footsteps of patriots on a journey along the ‘Freedom Trail’.
During your walk, you’ll admire the North End of the city, the oldest section of Boston with its narrow crooked streets laid over what were originally cow paths. At No. 19 North Square, you’ll also see Paul Revere’s House, the oldest standing structure in Boston. Your tour will also pass by the statue of Paul Revere that stands on Paul Revere Mall, with the fine Old North Church rising behind him. The statue of Revere on horseback is one of Boston’s most-photographed sights. Other highlights include the Old South Meeting House, Granary Burying Ground, the ‘new’ State House, the Old Corner Bookstore and the King’s Chapel.
Your walking tour will draw to an end at Quincy Market, where you’ll have some free time, before taking the shuttle transfer back to the pier.
