Wander streets infused with the zesty aroma of orange blossom and lose yourself in a maze of barrios that spill into enchanting plazas pulsing with soul, life and laughter. Seville is Spain’s birthplace of flamenco and its characterful streets are a joy to explore. 

Part of what makes the city so special is that its main sights are conveniently condensed into just one square mile (mostly cobblestones), allowing you the freedom to discover its rich treasures at a relaxed and unencumbered pace. 

As you begin to unravel this picturesque and ancient city you’ll be spellbound by flower-filled patios and balconies laden with colourful fauna; a sight as iconic as the Moorish spire of the Giralda Tower that, at 319-foot high, cuts an impressive shape on Seville’s skyline. 

Of course, no port call would be complete without a keepsake to take home and Seville offers no shortage. Its characterful streets are rich with vibrant gift shops selling artisanal wares while the pedestrianised Calle Sierpes is the place to head if retail therapy is your preferred pastime or you may choose to simply unwind with a cool drink and traditional tapas.
