Located 328 metres above sea level, and surrounded by world’s oldest living tropical rainforest, you’ll have some free time to soak up the tropical ambience. Then hop into a fully refurbished vintage carriage on the world-famous Kuranda Scenic Railway and head back down the mountain. Chugging along through Barron Gorge and over bridges with sheer cliff faces, you’ll get breath-taking views of the Coral Sea, Cairns and stunning Barron Falls.
