In a quiet section of downtown you’ll visit the private home of Lucie, and learn to make some typical Martinique delicacies. In this friendly atmosphere, you’ll also come to understand the importance of gathering and sharing, to Martinican culture. Lucie will invite you to prepare several creole dishes, boasting origins in African cuisine, with an Indian twist, Caribbean creativity and a French touch! Options, dependant on fresh product availability, include cod fritters, Colombo and creole rice, Christophine stuffed with prawns, and more. Afterwards, enjoy the fruits of your labour with a Ti punch in the comfort of Lucie’s terrace.
