Meet Carina Carvalho – your instructor and the Regional Bodyboard Champion (2007-2016). Carina will help you learn all the basic techniques of handling and steering the board. Safety is all part of the fun, so you’ll get pro tips on how to read the beach: tides, wave formation, wind and swell. Before you know it, you’ll be riding the waves and feeling the rush. Whether you’re a bodyboarding beginner or you’ve ridden before, this experience will definitely whet your appetite for more.
