Sit back and take in the dramatic vistas of this floating garden, starting with picturesque Câmara de Lobos, which was once painted by Sir Winston Churchill. As you drive along the coast, you’ll see dazzling Ribeira Brava village, which lies at the edge of the deep ravine, stop at São Vicente for breath-taking north-coast seascapes, and drive through a multitude of vineyards. After lunch in Porto Moniz, you’ll head up to Paul da Serra – The Roof of Madeira – a stunning plateau 1,500 metres above sea level. Then wind down to the seaside village of Ponta do Sol.
