Located in one of the island’s agricultural centres, this ecological plantation boasts over 2,000 aloe vera plants. Your informative guided tour will take you through the plant’s 5,000-year-old history, and you’ll have a chance to taste its juices and sample the products made from its pure gel.

You’ll make a photo stop Ajuy, with its spectacular beachside caves, then you’ll make your way to the sleepy village of Betancuria, nestled in the interior hills of the west coast. 

This stunning, traditional village was the first capital of the island, and your short, guided walk through the picturesque streets will uncover some of Betancuria’s secrets. You’ll pass a historic church, little crafts shops, and the monastery ruins, which will give you a peek into rural life on this sun-kissed island.
