Hit the trail and make your way to top of the giant saucer-shaped crater known as Diamond Head. Walking a round-trip total of 2.4 kilometres, you’ll encounter maintained trails, two steep concrete stairways and a lighted 69-metre-long narrow tunnel. But when you reach the summit, at 232 metres above sea level, you’ll get amazing 360-degree panoramic views of Waikiki Beach, emerald green mountains and the sparkling Pacific. During your casual ascent, your informative guide will tell you all about the crater’s geological background and its impact on Hawaiian history. Afterwards, you’ll receive your Certificate of Achievement.
