Café Mambo is ‘the’ place to be seen to watch one of the world’s most famous sunsets. Nestled on a rocky outcrop in the coastal town of San Antonio, on the western side of the island, watch the sun dip into the sea while you enjoy the rhythms of renowned international DJs and sip your drinks in a lively atmosphere. After sunset head back to Ibiza town and walk through La Marina, the old port town, where you’ll have some free time to explore the whitewashed streets filled with late-opening shops, bars and cafés.
