This independent option allows you to explore the ruins of the Ancient City of Ephesus at your leisure.
Ephesus is still the largest excavated area in the world, and you’ll have approximately 2 hours to independently explore the ruins of the city that was once only second to Rome.
As you meander through the site, you’ll be able to view the Odeon, Celsius Library, the Temple of Hadrian and the Great Theatre which had seating for 25,000 spectators.
Your escort will arrange to meet at a specified time and place for the return drive to the port.
Upon arrival at the port you can either join your escort for a carpet demonstration, indulge in a spot of shopping in the town, or return directly to the ship.
