Drop into the Liverpool Gin Distillery to see how the local company makes its award-winning organic nectar in a custom-built 600-litre copper still, affectionately known as Margaret. After a guided look around the distillery, you’ll have the chance to try four varieties of the delicious gin made here. Then you can enter the ‘Gin Laboratories’, choose your own botanicals, and create your very own personalised bottle of gin.
