Meet your expert instructor–guide at Muelle Uno and spend a little time getting to grips with your Segway. Gently leaning forwards and backwards to control the vehicle, you’ll be zipping around in no time.
Follow your guide along the pedestrianised Larios Street, the most expensive place to live in the city. A fashionista’s favourite, its chic boutiques are housed in beautiful buildings, many of which were designed by Spanish architect Eduardo Strachan Viana-Cárdenas and influenced by the style of Chicago.
Glide through Plaza de la Merced – which dates back to Roman times – and gaze up at the central Monument to Torrijos. Take a look at the house where Picasso was born and have your photo taken with the statue of the artist that sits on a bench here before you set off with the wind in your hair to discover more city sights.
