Head for the hills of the Tagaytay Highlands and enjoy lunch surrounded by some of the Philippines’ most magnificent scenery.
Settle in and soak up the dramatic scenery, as you leave the bustling city behind and ride out into the striking countryside. You’ll pass pineapple and coconut plantations, as well as residential areas, which give you a taste of this incredible country.
Making your way to a secluded corner of the Tagaytay Ridge, you’ll come to the picturesque Taal Vista Hotel. Surrounded by lush flora and rolling green hills, it’s 685 metres above sea level.
Grab a seat on the veranda and enjoy a traditional buffet lunch overlooking stunning vistas of Taal Lake. In the centre of the lake is the Taal Volcano Island, home to the smallest known volcano in the world.
After lunch, you’ll have some free time to explore Tagaytay’s natural beauty, dramatic landscapes and crisp mountain air.
On your way back, if time permits, you’ll make a photo stop at Rizal Park and enjoy a panoramic ride through the many charming sights of Old Manila.
