Setting off from the pier, you’ll drive to the Manhattan entrance of the Brooklyn Bridge, where your leisurely walk will begin.
As you stroll along the walkway, you’ll see benches and historic plaques en route that offer an insight into the history of the bridge. There will be plenty of photo opportunities and impressive views to admire, including the nearby Manhattan Bridge, and if you take a look skyward you may be lucky enough to spot one of the Peregrine Falcons that sometimes perch on the bridge’s cables.
As you reach the end of the Brooklyn Bridge, your walk will continue to Fulton Landing, the historical site once known as Brookland Ferry and made famous during the Battle of Brooklyn. Enjoy a little free time to stroll around and perhaps purchase a drink, and to admire the picture perfect view of the skyline of the Big Apple.
Afterwards, rejoin your bus for the return drive to Manhattan, passing by landmarks such as Times Square, the Financial District and the World Trade Centre, before returning to the pier.
