From Olden, at the innermost part of the beautiful Nordfjord, take a panoramic drive along the winding road to the neighbouring village of Loen.
Board the cable car, and glide up to the lofty station on Mount Hoven over 3,300 feet above sea level. From up here you can marvel at the views of majestic Mount Skåla and Lake Lovatnet to the east, the gleaming Jostedalsbreen Glacier and Olden village to the south, and of course the glassy Nordfjord that winds its way towards Stryn in the west.
Relax at the restaurant and enjoy coffee and cake along with the views, and perhaps take a short walk before you head back down via the cable car.
