Nestled in a gorgeous setting just outside of Palma de Mallorca you’ll find the traditional Mallorquin distillery of Bodega Suau, a family-run producer of artisanal distillates founded in 1851. It’s one of the island’s oldest distilleries and it’s located in a historical 200-year-old flower mill that oozes character. The cellar’s Brand Ambassador will give you a fun and interesting masterclass where you’ll learn all about their unique production processes. Then you get to sample a selection of their excellent brandies, accompanied by some local traditional treats, such as panades and coca de trampó.
