Leaving the port behind this tour takes you on a panoramic drive through Palma City with a photo stop at the Cathedral. After this short stop you will continue to Santa Maria del Camí, where the Bodegas Ramanyá are located. This rather small winery is equipped with the latest advances in wine technology, barrels of the highest quality, and a great enthusiasm for creating products of the highest quality.
The soft Mediterranean breeze creates a unique microclimate in the Tramuntana Mountains, which seems to have a positive effect on the French grape varieties, explaining the good quality of Mallorcan wine.
The winery has been in the family for many years, and you’ll have the opportunity to take a look inside the ‘bodega’ to get a closer look at how people used to live on the island decades ago.
Here, you’ll learn about the different procedures used during the winemaking process and enjoy a tasting of 4 different wines, accompanied by bread, Sobrasada, Chorizo and cheese.
