Stutthof Concentration Camp Museum and Gdansk

At Stutthof Concentration Camp, the first Nazis camp created outside Germany, you’ll get a good insight into the harsh conditions on an evocative walk through the camp’s very well preserved barracks, gas chambers, crematorium, and more. In the museum you’ll see an enlightening film, and a collection of moving exhibits, including prisoner uniforms and thousands of shoes. Back in Gdansk’s charming Old Town, stroll through a rich collection of buildings and monuments. Highlights include the Prison Tower and Torture House, the remarkable Main Town Hall and Neptune’s Fountain, which looks onto the striking facade of Arthur’s Court.
