Connect with St Lucia’s tranquil rainforest while gliding gently above.
Leave behind the bustle of Castries and feel the excitement build as your panoramic drive winds through hills and villages, taking you 2,000 feet up into the island’s mountains. At the aerial tram base, climb into your small, open-air gondola (a comfy fit for the maximum eight passengers) and begin your exploration of the tree canopy.
Your knowledgeable naturalist guide will point out the wonders of the mature rainforest, which is nurtured by warm rains and rich volcanic soil. Cruising leisurely and safely through the sky, you’ll admire ancient trees, wild flowers and colourful berries. Breathe deeply and inhale the aromas of giant ‘chatannier’, magnolia and gommier.
With your feet back on solid ground, take a walk on a path through the forest, or simply relax.
