Then pull up a chair and savour a rum punch on the veranda of the 150-year-old Pink Plantation House, as you soak up breath-taking views of Castries and the coastline, extending to neighbouring Martinique.
You’ll revel in a guided tour of the two acres of lush tropical gardens that surround this French Colonial property, which also happens to be home to Michelle Elliot's famous hand-painted ceramics.
