Soak up the sights on a leisurely exploration of St Vincent.
Take a drive to the St. George's Cathedral and 18th century marvel and the largest religious buildings in St. Vincent.
Then visit the Botanical Gardens – one of the oldest in the western hemisphere. The Gardens stand on 20 acres and are a must for any keen gardener or nature enthusiast. The aviary is also well worth a visit as it is home to many of the local species of parrots including the national bird, the Amazona Guildingii.
Continuing your journey, we venture into the Mesopotamia Valley, commonly known as the ‘Food Basket’, with its rich and fertile crops and fruit trees. Within the Valley are some banana plantations, which were once the mainstay of the island’s economy.
The tour concludes at a beach bar where you can savour local rum punch or fruit punch.- the quintessential Caribbean cocktail.
