Welcome to Emilio’s Kitchen, a modern stadium-view kitchen where you can watch Chef Sydney create rustic Caribbean-style cuisine. You’ll be encouraged to pull your own herbs and vegetable from the kitchen garden, and try your hand at cooking with Chef. From breadfruit balls to classic, fried local fish with Sauce Souski, Chef will prepare an array dishes and fully explain each one. Then, in a rustic 17th-century wine cellar, you can tuck in and wash it all down with a T’punch cocktail. This French Caribbean favourite is made with the purest rum – rhum agricole – plus sugar and lime!
