Take a short walk to the Flavour On The Water Beer Garden, on Sydney's historic waterfront, for drinks, music and fresh locally caught lobster. Some of Cape Breton's best musicians will be on hand for live entertainment, while you enjoy a craft beer or cider, wine, or speciality cocktail. Then watch how they traditionally boil lobster in Sydney, as they cook your fresh lobster right in front of you. When your lobster is perfectly cooked and ready to be served, your friendly guide will demonstrate the proper way to shuck and eat a lobster. And remember, the mess is part of the fun!
