Your first stop will be at Java Moose, to enjoy coffee in true Saint John style, sweetened with delicious maple syrup, before heading to Gahan House to sample their local seafood specialty

 

Continue through the original wrought-iron gates of the Old City Market, where you’ll find stalls offering locally produced food. Sample Dulse, a deep purple sea vegetable, and a sweet treat of creamy maple butter. Next, it’s time to sample the delicious Maple Pecan Bianca pizza, and although pizza originates from Italy, it’s a firm favourite with the locals in Saint Johns.

 

To round off your tour, you’ll make your way to a popular bar to relax with a glass of wine and a lemon blueberry cupcake, and then to Beavertails, to sample a freshly baked, maple-glazed pastry, before walking back to the pier.
